he zi san 訶子散  (in English and Chinese 中英文)

Name of formula: he zi san

Application: serious stomachache, dysentery with diarrhea and vomiting.

Composition:

he zi (bake de-stone), zhi gan cao, hou po (process with ginnger, stir fry), gan jiang (bake),  cao guo (remove skin). chen pi,  gao liang jiang,  (stir fry), fu shen,  shen qu, (stir fry) , mai ya (stir fry) same portion of each item.
Make all herbs into powder. When sickness strikes, pain is intolerable, use 6 gram of herb powder boil with 150 c.c. of water. Simmer till 105 c.c. Add some table salt and take orally.

藥方名:訶子散   《三因極一病證方論》卷九
 

主治 :心脾冷痛不可忍,及老幼霍亂吐瀉。

 

組成訶 子( 炮,去核)甘 草(炙)厚 樸(姜制,炒)乾 薑(炮)草 果(去皮)

陳 皮 高莨姜( 炒)茯 神 神麴( 炒)麥 芽(炒)各等分
 

以上各藥為 末。

每服6克,候病發,刺痛不可忍時,用水150毫升,煎至105毫升,入鹽服。
