Joe, I am well. The fungus was gone for some time and recently returned some but not as bad as before.  I eat a lot of rice and pasta; may be that is why.   I am a lot better off than before I saw you.  I know I just need to cut down on the starches.  Thanks to you my digestion is much better!   I hope you are doing well and  having a great spring!
