Our Program

Many martial art programs stress self-defense through combat, and they teach skills to defend against threat of bodily harm.  This is not the only form of self-defense.  Most people are rarely faced with the threat of physical violence from another person, but they harm themselves every day by having poor physical fitness and by lacking self-respect, self-confidence and self-discipline.  Besides training you to defend yourself in violent situations, our program will help you address these inner issues and conquer your own worst enemy, yourself.

Our total self-development program comes from the teachings of classical Chinese martial arts.  Subjects include self-defense, empty hand and weapon training, Thai boxing, Chinese wrestling, theory of acupuncture, pressure points, qigong, meditation, philosophy, and research in Chinese herbal medicine.
