Wind Cold Type of Influenza or cold 風寒感冒

Wind cold type of cold or flu is induced by chill on the exterior of the body. The syndrome includes: feeling of more chill than fever, not sweating, headache and body ache, stuffy nose with clear mucus, coughing thin clear phlegm, not thirsty or preferring warm drink, white thin fur on the tongue, floating and rapid pulse.

風寒感冒是風寒之邪外襲，肺氣失宣所致。症狀可見：惡寒重， 發熱輕，無汗，頭痛身痛，鼻塞流清涕，咳嗽吐稀白痰，口不渴或渴喜熱飲，苔薄白，脈搏浮數。治法應以辛溫解表為主。

治法：常選用麻 黃、荊芥、防 風、蘇葉等解表 散寒藥。代表方劑為《蔥豉湯》、《荊防敗毒散》。服中成藥可選用感冒清熱沖劑、正柴胡飲沖劑、感冒軟膠囊、川芎茶調散、通宣理肺丸等等。服藥後可喝些熱粥 或熱湯，使身體微微出汗，以助藥力驅散體内毒素。

患風寒感冒也可服用民間驗方：蔥白連根鬚5條、淡豆豉9克、 生姜3片，水煎服，日一次；或生姜30克、紅糖30克，煎湯分三次服用。

註：體虛之人，表虛自汗，氣 虛喘咳， 脾虛  水腫者，患心臟病，高血壓，前列腺炎患者不可用麻黄。
